Finally, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A is official. The latest budget smartphone from the successful Chinese manufacturer has been unveiled. The Redmi Note 5A has been unveiled in two (three to be precise) variants - one with a Snapdragon 425 SoC and the other with the Snapdragon 435 SoC. The latter is again available in two different RAM and storage configurations and these models feature a fingerprint sensor on board. As confirmed previously, all the three variants of the Redmi Note 5A have dedicated dual SIM card slots and a microSD card slot for expandable storage. Xiaomi is all set to launch the second generation Mi Mix on September 11. The Mi Mix 2 has appeared in many leaks so far giving us an idea about its design and specs. Yet again, two images have surfaced on Weibo revealing the specs sheet of the smartphone. The images are basically screenshots displaying the about phone section of the Mi Mix 2. Starting with heart of the device, it is listed to pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 836 processor under the hood. The yet to be announced Snapdragon 835 SoC has featured in a few rumors earlier.  Besides the fact that it will be a slightly upgraded version of the Snapdragon 835 chipset, not much is known.
